Welcome to ECAC
The Endometrial Cancer Association Consortium (ECAC) is a collaboration of researchers interested in understanding endometrial cancer. Many groups are conducting studies with the aim of identifying factors that may be related to the risk of endometrial cancer. The aim of the consortium is to combine data from many studies, to identify genetic risk factors for endometrial cancer.
- ECAC is an international consortium and have successfully worked together and produced numerous publications
- ECAC is an venue for large-scale validation of endometrial cancer genetic risk variants
- Each study has submitted information about its study subjects including demographics, clinical data and key epidemiological risk factors
Coordination of ECAC is through the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute, Australia with funding provided by the National Health and Medical Research Council (NHMRC) of Australia and Cancer Australia.
